We're recruiting a number of roles in both Malaysia and Indonesia.

  • Creating and implementing online and offline efforts that drive traffic to digital channels (Pod app, website, social media etc), such as gamification, digital marketing, brand alliances, and on-the-ground activation.

    Identifying, creating, and optimizing revenue-generating growth channels.

    Develop and implement marketing strategy and content calendar for Pod's social media channels and website contents

    Test and optimize customer acquisition techniques as well as conversion rate optimization.

    Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, and so on) to assist in the development of future marketing strategies

    Proposing new initiatives and working with relevant team members to attract prospects and convert traffic into users and increase active users, as well as experimenting with new methods to capture current demand.

    Providing expertise and feedback to improve the efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising etc.)

    Working together with other teams across teams to discuss ideas, receive input, and report results.

    Keep up with the latest trends and developments in UI/UX and digital marketing.

    Support operations and business development activities when required.

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 3+ years experience in digital marketing

    Knowledge of digital sales processes, digital platforms, market trends, pricing models, and social media analytics

    Excellent teamwork skills

    Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

    PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Business Tools (Gmail, Drive, Google Analytics.) know how

    Strong understanding of other media advertising is an advantage

    Responsive, reliable, and results oriented

    Natural ability to influence clients and colleagues

    Able to identify and define problems, and recommend solutions

    Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Build long term relationship with existing and new partners

    Source for new potential partnership deals that have a large business impact

    Coordinate internally to put together a pitch to clinch the deal. Responsible for overall deal business case

    Strong understanding of financial / fintech ecosystem and can deliver value beyond pure P&L contribution

    Manage alliance account relationship at all time and ensure business case projections are met / and take necessary action to mitigate performance risk

    Drive and project manage the partnerships from the moment the deal is signed until it has gone live

    Work closely with all stakeholders (internal & external) to manage the process closely

    Set up implementation steering/working group to ensure the implementation project is well managed

    Responsible for ensuring alliance deal fulfills all regulatory / internal governance criteria.

    Requirements:

    3+ years of work experience, the majority of which should be in B2C products and services. Financial services (Banking/Insurance/eWallet/eCommerce) experience is an advantage but not required.

    Strong commercial sense with Product and/or Business Line ownership experience and are able to prioritise the key partners' and clients’ objectives to find sustainable growth opportunities.

    Strong numerical aptitude when evaluating business performance.

    Able to take an idea for a product or service through development and launch, or an existing business and growing it 10x.

    Great team player and influencer without formal authority and able to work with every department to deliver our month-to-month business performance and long-term vision for the product.

    Outstanding project management, communication and teamwork skills.

  • Build probabilistic credit models to predict outcomes based on historical data.

    Train and test the various machine learning techniques on data sets to investigate credence to hypotheses on different business challenges.

    Work with engineering team members to deploy high performing candidate models to production.

    Work with members of different business divisions to generate ideas on how to use data to make processes more efficient or improve economics.

    Formulate decisioning schedule to ensure predictions will not derail critical business metrics.

    Identify, monitor, and measure model performance over time.

    Develop dashboards to visualize findings in precise and meaningful ways.

    Requirements:

    Undergraduate in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, or related technical field.

    Strong mathematical, statistical, and programming background.

    Must have hands on experience in machine learning, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling.

    Proficiency in R, Python (Jupyter, Pandas, Numpy, sklearn, etc.), and SQL.

    Ability formulate novel solutions to problems, communicate thought process clearly, and think within the context of larger business needs and targets.

    Desired:

    Advanced degree in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, or related technical field.

    2+ years of industry experience in predictive analytics and/or statistical modeling role.
